The Station is directly across from the Scaleybark Stop on the LYNX Blue Line. The project is also situated along the Rail Trail, a public greenway spanning 3.5 miles between Lower South End and Uptown Charlotte. Commuters enjoy direct access to I-77 and +10-minute travel times to Uptown, South Park, and South Charlotte. With ample parking and bike/scooter storage, getting to work has never been easier.
The Station has upended the concept of what an office space can be, creating desirable workplaces that are safe, comfortable, and appealing. A contemporary take on Charlotte’s historic brick warehouses, Stations 3 and 4 have been designed with health and wellness in mind. The buildings feature private terraces, operable windows and each floor is directly accessible via an open-air staircase. Employees have access to a tenant-dedicated fitness center with adjoining locker rooms as well as an indoor/outdoor meeting space.
